Sleeping Pillows are not returnable. Adjustments can be made to change the level of firmness in the Ogalalla Hypodown Pillows, but for health reasons we cannot accept returns of sleeping pillows.
You may return other items within 10 days of receipt provided they are in the original packaging and in original, sellable condition. Contact us (using the form below) or telephone (402-492-9855) to receive a return authorization. Returns must be insured for full value and be sent via UPS or FedEx at client expense. Upon receipt of the merchandise it will be inspected and the refund issued within 10 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Please inspect your purchase immediately. If there is a defect or any damage please notify us via email (form below) or telephone (402-492-9855) within 48 hours so that we can arrange for pickup and replacement.

If you don't want to receive any marketing materials from us, please check the DO NOT MAIL box on the contact form so that we do not add you to our internal customer mailing list.
